Accelerate the development of refining nonferrous metal industry, improve the standardization and large-scale development level of refining nonferrous metal enterprises, and improve the recycling, classification and treatment network of nonferrous metal waste. Strengthen the comprehensive energy-saving technology innovation such as waste heat recovery, improve the utilization rate of residual energy, and promote the continuous reduction of energy consumption per unit product. Increase the proportion of medium and short processes in the industry, continuously optimize the process management, further reduce energy consumption and material consumption, and reduce the industry's carbon emission intensity.
